“Every man who knows how to read has it in his power to magnify himself, to multiply the ways in which he exists, to make his life full, significant and interesting.”
– Aldous Huxley –
Writing a book is an incredible journey—a journey of self-discovery, learning, and sharing knowledge. Along with my colleague and friend Marc, I have experienced the joy and challenges of this journey three times by authoring three books. Each time, it has been a unique and fulfilling experience to hold the finished work in my hands—a tangible testament to countless hours of thinking, researching, and writing.
But as great as it feels to see and touch one’s own book, the greatest pleasure comes from the feedback of readers. When a reader takes the time to express their appreciation for our work, it is an indescribably uplifting feeling. These responses make all the effort and dedication worthwhile. They confirm that our thoughts and insights have value to others and that our words can positively impact their professional or personal development.
Of course, writing books is also a pursuit of ‘eternal fame and fortune’—with a wink. But at its core, it is about sharing our knowledge and experience to help others grow and learn. It’s about the altruistic pleasure of being part of someone else’s professional and personal journey and leaving a lasting impression on their thoughts and careers.
Our books are the product of our shared passion and commitment to our field. We warmly invite you to explore these works and hope they bring you as much joy and benefit as we had in writing them.

What Others Are Saying
Don’t just take our word for it – here are some impressions from people who have worked with the books:
I had the pleasure in May of holding a training session on Agility and Scrum for about ten colleagues.
We had soooo much fun in the group, thanks also to you and Dennis.
‘House of Santa Claus’, various group formations e.g. with ‘How much are you here today’, combination of humor and facts.
Just THANK YOU both for being there and giving me so much input!”

When I read the book by Marc Bless and Dennis Wagner, I was totally inspired that all my questions could be answered in a clear and structured way, and I also stumbled across so many great new games. Thank you both for this compendium of agile games! Helpful for everyone (not just) Agile Coaches 😎!

‘Agile Spiele – kurz in gut’ was a gem. The sequel is far more than an improved second edition – ‘Agile Games and Simulations’ is a treasure trove. The book contains a sensibly structured listing of various games and facilitation formats for a range of topics and situations. It is a valuable companion for moderators, coaches, and trainers.
And of course, the presented games and simulations are also suitable for applications beyond the agile bubble. An all-around successful book that I wouldn’t want to miss.
